Barbells

*Please read instructions on proper use carefully*

  • Place feet on pedals.
  • Lift bar up, making sure to extend arms without locking elbows.
  • Begin pedaling gently and in a controlled manner while simultaneously lowering the weight towards the body and then lifting the weight up from the body.
  • Continue to pedal and lift in a controlled and continuous manner throughout the set.
  • Place feet on the floor, then place bar on the rack.
  • Having a spotter is recommended as a safety precaution.

  • Lift dumbbells up, making sure to extend arms without locking elbows.
  • Place feet on pedals.
  • Begin pedaling gently and in a controlled manner while simultaneously lowering the weight towards the body and then lifting the weight up from the body.
  • Continue to pedal and lift in a controlled and continuous manner throughout the set.
  • Place feet on the floor, then place dumbbells on the floor.
